Sunday morning from 8:00am till 12:00noon.
Play-N-Learn
Please note that this
ministry is active during the school year.
Just
a reminder for parents of children in Play-N-Learn. If Lancaster
City Schools close due to bad weather on a Wednesday, Play-N-Learn will be closed as well that day.
We made a promise...We can
make a difference!
Whenever a child is
baptized in the fellowship of First Presbyterian we, as a
congregation, make a promise to share with the parents in bringing
up that child in the love and nurture of Jesus Christ. We also
promise to have care and concern for all the children entrusted to
us with the hope and prayer that each one may grow up to know and
confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Now we have an opportunity
to put action with that promise.
Kids' Club Camp provides a
wonderful opportunity for our children to experience the reality of
God's love in His Great Cathedral of the Out of Doors. All of us can
participate by offering a scholarship to help reduce the cost and
make it possible for more children to be part of this experience.
Support given now, during this Lenten Season, will send a message to
the children and their parents that we are all on this spiritual
journey together.
A gift of $50, or $75, or
$100 (or more if you are so led by the Lord) should be given to the
church designated as Kids' Club Camp. Prayer support is also
much needed and should be sent directly to the Lord.

Elementary
Church School in Faith Village
Church
School for 3-year olds through 6th grade is held every Sunday
at 9:30am. The children are divided by age into Bible study groups.
Classes use a variety of specially decorated rooms set up for
specific purposes, each room forming a part of the Village. They will use a variety of
activities as we go through our study.

Preschool 10:45 AM Worship Hour |
Preschool children will meet together during the 10:45am Worship
Service. These children will be studying
main characters throughout the Bible. They will do so in a variety of
ways: science, art, games, and others. We know your children will
enjoy this time. Classes will be in the
preschool area on the first floor adjacent to the Heritage room.

The Children's Ministry at The
First Presbyterian Church seeks to prepare
our children to make a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and to
provide them opportunities to develop their relationship with Him.
